This article guides you through handling a download failure when attempting to install the Delivery Trust Outlook Add-in.

- Launch Internet Explorer (IE).
- Click the settings icon (top right) and click Internet options.
- Click the Security tab and click Reset all zones to default level.
- Click the Advanced tab and click Restore advanced settings.
- Click OK.
You can now close IE and attempt the download and install again.
