When multiple attachments are added to a secure message using the Delivery Trust for Gmail extension, the Add File button seems to disappear off the screen preventing additional attachments being added to the secure message.
- Compose a new message and click the Add Files button.
- Select multiple attachments.
- Typically after 3 attachments, the Add Files button will no longer be visible.
This issue is only impacting lower resolution displays. High-Definition displays should not see this issue.
Workaround: To work around this issue, it is best to take all of your attachments and zip them to a single file and attach that file. You can also deliver the secure message using the Delivery Trust web portal by logging into https://identillect.com with your registered account information.
