This article will help you retract a Sent message that you no longer want in a Sent Status. This pulls the email from the Inbox of the recipient.
Log into your Identillect account via https://identillect.com using the Chrome browser (or Mozilla)
Click on the Sent messages folder found at the top of the screen.
Locate the email in question and click to open it.
Once inside the email, click on Security Policies located at the top of the email.
Once inside the Policy menu, click on the orange Toggle Retract button.
You will be prompted "Note: This email has been retracted and cannot be viewed by recipients" to confirm it has been removed from the recipient’s Inbox.
