- Go to Identillect.com
- Hover mouse over the email address in the top right
- Click on “Business” in the drop down menu
- Click on “Add Ons”
- At the top of the page, you will see the number of purchased and available add-ons.
- Only the Add-ons that your business has purchased will be listed (Outlook Plugin/eSign)
- Click on the Grey circle under the add-on name that you would like to assign to the user so the circle turns Green, click on “Update” to save the changes.
- You are able to remove Add-ons from any user by clicking on the Green circle until it turns Grey, click on “Update” to save the changes.
