This article will help you send a secure email using the eSign feature.
Log into your Identillect account via web portal using the Chrome browser (or Mozilla)
Go to Compose (at the top of your web portal)
Enter a Recipient’s Name then select the eSign button
You will complete the following: Package Details, Signers, and Documents
Once filled out select Next
Add Signatures fields to the desired locations
(To select the Additional features, select the cog wheel on the Signer. Additional details included on the PDF to download for this step, if needed.)
Once Signature fields are filled out select Next
Confirm the Summary looks as expected.
Once completed select Finish.
(At this step your message will now contain the Esign attachment. Ensure your body of the message is complete and any other required details are complete. The message is ready to be sent.)
