Description: This article outlines how to enable the Secure Scan Add-On for business user(s). This will scan outgoing emails and/or attachments for sensitive words/phrases.
Prerequisite: Business user is already created (How To Add Business Users).
- Click on your email address on the upper right hand corner.
- Click on the Business tab on the left side.
- Click on Add-Ons.
- Find user below and click on Secure Scan bubble (will be green if selected).
- Once finished, click on Update button on the bottom right hand corner.
You've successfully enabled Secure Scan for the selected user(s).
User(s) may now access Secure Scan Add-On Preferences here.
