Outlook Add-in: How To Re-enable a Disabled Add-in

If the Outlook Add-in is disabled you must follow the steps below for the version of Outlook you have to re-enable the Add-in.
 

Instructions

Outlook 2013 & 2016:

1. In Outlook, click on File
2. Click Manage Add-ins
3. Click Always enable this Add-in
4. Click Close
5. Confirm that the Delivery Trust Add-in has been re-enabled
6. Click New E-mail and verify that the Secure Send button is available and the Delivery Trust panel is enabled and on the right side of the new email window. 

Outlook 2010:

1. In Outlook, click on File
2. Click Options
3. Click Add-ins
4. Click Go located at the bottom of the window, with COM Add-ins selected in the drop down
5. Check the box next to Delivery Trust Outlook Add-in
6. Click OK
7. Confirm that the Delivery Trust Add-in has been re-enabled. Click New E-mail and verify that the Secure Send button is available and the Delivery Trust panel is enabled and on the right side of the new email window.
   
   If the Delivery Trust Outlook Add-In is not listed under Inactive Add-Ins, then you will find it under Disabled Add-Ins. In that case, follow the steps, but instead of choosing COM Add-Ins in the drop down menu, choose Disabled Add-Ins and continue the steps.
