Installing the Outlook Add-in first requires you have the Classic Outlook installed on your machine and a valid Delivery Trust login for the Web Portal. If you do not have a login please see your administrator before you start the installation process. The Outlook Add-in will integrate itself with Outlook and be available when you compose an email. The steps for install are outlined below.
This installation support guide is intended for use only with the classic version of the native desktop Outlook application. It is not compatible with Outlook.com or the new version of the Outlook desktop app. We are currently working on a new add-in that will be compatible with both Outlook.com and the updated Outlook desktop app, which will be released soon.
