Sometimes updating your billing information such as billing address and credit card information is necessary. This can be done directly from the web portal by an administrator.
Instructions
Your billing information is contained in the Billing page and can be accessed either from the sidebar or the dropdown menu at the top right of your screen.
1. Access your admin Web Portal by navigating to identillect.com and selecting Log In at the top of the page.
2. Click on the Billing tab on the left side of the screen and you will be directed to the Invoices page. Alternately, if you mouse over the email address on the right top of the screen you will be presented with a drop-down menu from which you can select the Billing menu item.
3. Click the Update Billing Info button. This will lead you to the Billing Information page.
4. Update your billing information and click the green Update Billing Information button at the bottom of the page.
