New Outlook Add-in Uninstall: Business Account

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to uninstall the Delivery Trust add-in for Microsoft business accounts. You must be the admin of your Microsoft business account to complete the uninstallation/removal.

 

Instructions  

 

    1. Login to outlook.com and click on the admin icon or login directly and https://admin.microsoft.com/                             
  2. Click on settings then integrated apps                 
  3. Click on Delivery Trust
  4. Click on remove app

NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours or more for the add-in to fully uninstall. If you’re still seeing it appear after 24 hours please get in touch with Microsoft support. Delivery Trust doesn’t have visibility or control of this part of the un-installation process.
