1. Go to www.outlook.com and login
2. Click "new mail"
3. From the Message ribbon tab, find the "Apps" icon and click it
4. Click "Get add-ins"
5. Click "My add-ins"
6. Scroll down to "Custom Addins" and click on the 3 dots to remove Delivery Trust
