Background
For improved security, we have made changes to our MFA process. Instead of relying upon text messages with a code we are switching to the use of an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator which you can download on your phone from your app store) that will generate a 6-digit code that will be entered at login.
What You Can Expect
We’ve reset the MFA settings in our system, so that next time you log in, you will be prompted to scan a QR code which will provision the Google Authenticator app to generate a code. See below for the steps to install the Google Authenticator app.
The QR code is only necessary for the one-time setup process. Upon each login thereafter, all that is required is to open the Google Authenticator app on your phone, observe the 6-digit code, and type it into the Delivery Trust login form.
Steps to Install the Google Authenticator App
1. Install the Google Authenticator App on your phone
Follow the steps in Google's article ("Download Authenticator" and "Set up Authenticator") - note that there are instructions both for Android and iOS.

2. One-Time Setup - Connect your Identillect User Account with Google Authenticator
Upon your next login to Identillect’s web portal, you will be prompted to Secure Your Account.
- With your Google Authenticator app, scan the QR code displayed on the screen (see screenshot below)
- In your Google Authenticator app, you will see now your Identillect User Account (Email address) listed with a code next to it
- Enter the one-time code into the form on the web browser (“Enter your one-time code”) and press Continue (see screenshot below)
- Save the Recovery Code that's displayed on the next screen. You'll need it if you ever need to log in without your mobile phone available (Google Authenticator)

These instructions are applicable when you log in to Identillect in the future, as you'll get prompted for your Google Authenticator code.
(1) Find the Google Authenticator Code on your app
Your Authenticator app may display one or more accounts that it generates codes for. Find the one that corresponds to the account you use to log into Delivery Trust at www.identillect.com. Note that the code displayed is good for up to 60 seconds before another will be generated.

Type this code into the Delivery Trust Login form when prompted for it.
